“Probleme der Entwicklungspolitik” (1997) was one of the first books published by a ZEF-based researcher. Its author was ZEF Senior Fellow Prof. Dr. Uwe Holtz in: Bouvier (CICERO- Schriftenreihe, 2), Bonn. Prof. Holtz was a Member of Germany’s Federal Parliament from 1972-1994. In this capacity, he was involved in devising the conceptual framework for ZEF and ZEI. Currently, Professor Holtz is a Honorary Professor for Political Science at the University of Bonn. In total, ZEF-researchers have published over 350 books.
