“Kampf der Kulturen und/oder Weltethos” was the first peer-reviewed journal article (1997). It was written by Prof. Dr. Hartmut Ihne, who has been the managing director of the International Science Forum Bonn from 1996-2004. The Science Forum comprised Bonn University’s two Centers ZEF and ZEI (European Integration Research) and was dissolved in 2004. From 2004-2008, Prof. Ihne was the director of ZEF-Consult based at ZEF. From November 2008-2023, he was the president of the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg.
Since 1997, over 4,300 peer-reviewed journal articles have been published.
